At Moti’s House, we want every woman to feel confident, elegant, and empowered in her purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit under the guidelines below.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags must be attached.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Any item missing original tags

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at officialmotishouse@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you’d like to return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable service, as Moti’s House is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Store Credit

After your return is received and inspected, a digital gift card will be emailed to you for the value of your returned item(s).


Your store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
