Shipping Policy

At Moti’s House, each order is packaged with care and intention. We want every delivery to feel just as special as what’s inside.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times may be slightly longer during new product launches, holidays, or sales.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package directly at www.usps.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Moti’s House is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by USPS.
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at [insert your customer service email] within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes or reroute packages.

Returns

30 day return policy. We will accept returns within 30 days of your item(s) being delivered to receive a refund. After 30 days, no returns are accepted. 

 

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.
